Trattoria Muro began as a family dream — to bring the warmth of an Italian table to Maastricht. Every dish carries a memory: grandmother's ragù, the pasta dough kneaded at dawn, the wine chosen with care.
We work with local Dutch farmers and import only what the Netherlands cannot grow. Nothing is rushed. Nothing comes from a packet.
